看護師から企業へ転職し、
10年以上、職場の人間関係・働き方・心の消耗と向き合ってきました。
　
まじめで、やさしく、責任感の強い人ほど、
なぜか職場で静かに疲れていく。
そんな現実を多く見てきました。
　　
かつては、うまくいかない理由を個人の問題だと思っていました。
けれど同じ出来事が繰り返されるのを見て、
組織を「人」ではなく「構造」として見るようになりました。
